Tastes like: There’s serious moxie here. The wine has a solid structure, beautifully balanced acidity and soft tannins. It’s showing a hint of requisite earthiness to go with the blackberries, raspberries and vanilla notes, with a velvety richness throughout.
Pairs with: Did someone say baby back ribs? Try it with your favourite southern BBQ sauce. This is a hearty wine, a perfect match with beef stew or spaghetti and meatballs.
Good for: After a long day of working outside, putting your garden to rest. This juice will enhance the fruits of your labour from harvest, showing it off in a savvy way!

Why we're drinking this
As the season shifts, this gorgeous hybrid red perfectly compliments the changes that surround us. This blend of Baco and Foch creates a “beautiful rustic red”. An excellent wine that is well worth the price.

Tasting note
Deep ruby with purple hues; aromas of dark plum, blackberry, black cherry, raspberry, coffee and spice. Full body, good acidity and finely structured tannins with dark fruit flavours and toasty oak and vanilla notes.
