Tastes like: In the mouth, this is a rich and lush juice. On the nose, it is ripe, with dark fruit aromas along with a floral note. It is full-bodied, showcasing a hint of mocha and vanilla, with soft and supple tannins on the finish.
Pairs with: Pot au feu, veal shank, wild boar, charcuterie, or Flintstone steak. Maybe a vintage fuzztone.
Good for:  Cranking up some big guitars — Hendrix, Townshend, Beck — and pushing into sensory overload. Yeah, this wine goes to 11.

This Argentinian wine family comes with great history, culture, food and of course wine The Malbec label showcases the history of the grape, starting in France, and how it has developed and now integrated into the culture of Argentina. The Catena family history is in each sip and is a true expression of the land and its people.

Tasting note
Full-bodied. Deep ruby in color, with dark berries and black cherry; on the mid-palate it is filled with flavours of sweet spices, tobacco, and a hint of leather. Smooth on the palate, offering spicy and acidic tones which blend to produce a lengthy finish.
