i4C 2019 “ Seriously Cool”

Wine Country's Biggest Event

The International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration, which is called i4C, is a three-day event starting on July 19-21st 2019 and is one of the biggest summer events in Wine Country. The event brings together winemakers and culture-seekers from Ontario and all around the world to explore outstanding vintages and culinary masterpieces by Niagara’s top chefs. This is accompanied by high-level style and substance, which makes i4C one the top wine publications events of the year and the premier wine and culinary event of the summer.

Events

The 3-day celebration has various events and activities for all to partake in. Starting bright and early on July 19th, is The School of Cool event – where winemakers, industry professionals, and wine lovers have an informative session where they taste and build upon their understanding of cool climate Chardonnay. After you leave the learning session it’s time to put your new knowledge to the test while exploring the world at Flights of Chardonnay, where you will sip and celebrate in an airport hangar under the Niagara sunset. This event has an amazing atmosphere, mouth-watering food from local chefs, and a DJ setting the mood for the evening. We have only suggested a couple of events, but do not limit yourself—do them all.

The Experience

The experience of i4C is not only to enjoy the grape, but also to bring people together in a unique and exciting way. It is the only place to mingle with winemakers, winery representatives, industry professionals, scientists, and writers, that are all there for the love for Chardonnay and cool climate wine.
