  Tasting note   

• The wine’s aroma is limestone-mineral foreword, also showing lemon,     lime and yellow apple. The palate has a fresh acidity and is quite dry, though it reveals sweeter flavours of apple, lemon curd, lemon sorbet and vanilla, while simultaneously echoing a mineral profile of limestone, river rocks and gravel. Subtle, underripe tropical fruits will develop in interesting ways as the wine ages.
