  We never pass up a chance to enjoy this fantastic wine. This is not hyperbole. This is one of Ontario's best, true enough. The wine is a study in the art of blending — or assemblage if you want to get all French about it — with four different grapes coming together in perfect harmony.   Tasting Note
  From four noble grapes, one fantastic taste experience. Blended from Chardonnay, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. This unique assemblage is more than the sum of its part. Taste Bud Zoltan Szabo noted "gorgeous tropical fruit and exotic cedar-waxy hints, with butter and licorice candy nuances." Lindsay Groves notes its "impressive texture and length" and loves its "medium weight, with flavours of citrus, apple, vanilla and nuts, and a lingering spicy finish." Overall, the kwäf Taste Buds give it 89+ points.
