  Tastes like
  Lime and pineapple in a flinty, smoky package. Intriguing and delicious, not your typical Sauvignon Blanc. Done in a Fumé style, with lots of oak and smoke, uber-dry and full-bodied. This wine has real elegance and structure, fresh acidity, and long finish. 2010 was a great vintage.
  Drink with
  Grilled pork chops, tortilla soup, spicy chicken tacos, creamy asparagus lasagna, crab cakes.
  Good for
